An Independent Insurance Agency
The agency started off as an American Family agency in 1982, selling and servicing personal lines insurance such as auto, home, health, and life insurance. While we enjoyed working in a captive agency we felt limited in what he could offer our customers, having only one company to offer. In some cases it left us without good options for some of our customers. So in 2001 we switched and became an independent insurance agency, representing many regional as well as national companies such as AAA, Acuity, Safeco, Travelers, West Bend, and Progressive Insurance.
